Confluence: Day 1

Arrived at Confluence to find things messed up. I had reserved a double, non-smoking room and they had us down for a single smoking room. Bad form. They were able to make it right, though. The conference room was set up backwards but it wasn't a big deal to turn the chairs around and set up. The Video Room is up and running.
