
The order was placed February 24th.
The next day, Boss Tools sent me an email that my order would be delayed due to a "short term backorder."
Two weeks later, they sent me another email saying that my order would be further delayed but, to compensate me for the trouble, they gave me a store credit equal to the total order. Since the only thing I was interested in from them was the goggles, I figured if things went well I would dump that back into another four goggles.
A month later, I asked where my order was and was told it was still on backorder.
I waited another month and again asked, only to find out they were still backordered. Three full months had passed and I wasn't going to have the goggles in time for Marcon so I canceled the order and requested a full refund. That, at least, was processed quickly.
I ordered two pair on Amazon for $5.95 each. They arrived today exactly 7 days after my placing the order.
