Cool! I have a Peacemaker!
It's the 5 1/2 inch barrel version, known as the "artillery" model (the middle size of the three available). It's the so-called "heavyweight" gun which means it's heavier than a typical airsoft gun at 730 grams (a little over a pound and a half) and while it's lighter than the actual gun would be (a touch over two pounds) its heavier weight makes it feel very natural. This is not a toy. (At ¥19,500 it better not be a toy.) The pistol is gas operated so I'll have to buy a can to charge it up. It has a fairly light trigger that took a few minutes to get used to. (I'd like to be able to measure its weight.) It can be fan fired!
I will be stopping at Braverman's after work tomorrow to go through their used holster bin to see if I can find appropriate leather and begin practicing the quick draw and twirling. I've tried a little bit of fancy stuff and it is nowhere near as easy as they make it look in the movies and on TV. It also needs better grips. I'm thinking a dark walnut.
I also have long term plans of incorporating it into a steampunk costume.
